Benefiting Law Enforcement
Wounded in the Line of Duty
Pennsylvania Heroes helped to date: 14
On the morning of June 9th 2016, a call came through that the local police force needed assistance serving a felony arrest warrant on an individual who had walked off the prison work release program. Team Deputy Lutz is proud to be a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting our brave Law Enforcement Officers who put their lives at risk every day to protect the citizens of Pennsylvania. Donations will help support these heroic men and women when they are wounded in the line of duty by helping to alleviate the initial stress of financial burden, enabling them to focus on what is most important, which is healing and spending time with their loved ones.
Team Deputy Lutz understands firsthand the many obstacles Law Enforcement Officers face following an injury and so we will advocate for needed change. We will fight for financial assistance for family members of wounded Officers to seek therapy and other treatments directly related to their loved ones trauma. We believe that Law Enforcement Officers deserve a universal benefits and medical care system similar to what American Soldiers receive.
In today’s heightened environment of danger and violence, our Country should be doing much more to improve the quality of life for our home-front protectors.
Help Pennsylvania’s finest by donating to our cause, becoming a company sponsor, or signing up for Amazon Smile and choosing to support Team Deputy Lutz. Donations and sponsorships are critical to achieving our Team’s mission and we are sincerely thankful for every dollar we receive.
Mike is no stranger to pain, he has experienced it many times during and after his 15 years of service in the military. Each time God protected him, but the injuries he sustained on the morning of June 9th, 2016 have been his greatest challenge yet.
Mike prayed for guidance and with the help of his good friend and Okinawan Isshinryu Karate Instructor, Master Sensei Ken Marsh, had what they believe was God’s calling to bring help to Law Enforcement heroes during their greatest time of need. This is the motivation behind the establishment of Team Deputy Lutz.
